Meet the Founder
Bertin Berchman, the visionary behind MetaFlight, combines expertise in aviation, e-commerce, and IT. Driven by his passion for flying, he launched MetaFlight in 2022 to offer a more immersive flight simulation experience and unite a community of aviation enthusiasts.
This venture builds on AirFrance Virtuel, the largest French-speaking virtual airline, which Bertin founded in 2011 to transform flight simulation into a collaborative and realistic experience. A pivotal moment during a cockpit landing inspired him to recreate the authenticity of commercial aviation in the virtual world.
