2. Refund and Return Eligibility

2.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Damaged products (e.g., printing errors, physical damage during shipping).
  • Defective items (e.g., significant quality issues).
  • Incorrect items (e.g., wrong design, size, or product).

You must submit your request within 14 days of receiving the product. Please provide:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos showing the defect, damage, or error.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and returns are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size or color due to customer error. (Please consult the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.)

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns unless explicitly requested by our team. If a return is necessary:

  2. Shipping costs for returns may be covered if the issue is deemed our responsibility.

5. Cancellations and Changes
